You will be able to download the plugin files once by default. If you need to re-download the plugin files please contact us at hello@purelyplugins.com with your order number.
Support & Updates
For a period of one year after purchase, you will receive complimentary support and updates for your purchased plugin. After this period, you will need to repurchase the plugin to continue receiving support. Our support covers resolving plugin-specific issues, minor CSS modifications for compatibility with your theme, and assistance for up to two individuals from your organization per plugin order. This applies irrespective of the number of sites using the plugin.
Support does not cover extensive tasks like deactivating themes or plugins to check conflicts (we will guide you on how to do this), aesthetic CSS alterations for the plugin, customization of the plugin, or support for older WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
We aim to reply to support inquiries promptly during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm GMT.
If you discover an issue within 30 days of buying or renewing the plugin and we cannot resolve your problem, then you are entitled to a full refund under our 30 day money back guarantee.
